Billing is straightforward—whether your ride lasts 2 minutes or 2 hours, you will only pay for the duration of your use. Upcoming features include pre-paid minute packages that will offer discounts on per-minute fares, enhancing affordability and flexibility for users.

To promote safety and compliance with traffic regulations, Riba scooters are capped at a speed of 50 km/h. The use of helmets is mandatory; whether utilizing the provided helmet or one from your own collection, wearing a helmet is essential to prevent fines and ensure personal safety.
